The Basic tank ring from HEPCO & BECKER is a practical solution for securely attaching tank bags to the Kawasaki Z7 Hybrid. This model, which will be available from 2024, allows for easy installation and use without affecting access to the tank cap.

The scope of delivery includes the tank ring and a suitable counterholder, which can be individually mounted on the tank bag depending on the shape of the tank and the angle of the handlebars. The tank ring is designed to ensure a stable connection at high speeds and offers easy handling through a mechanical locking system.

• Clearly audible locking when putting the tank bag on
• Unlocking is done using a strap that is attached to the tank bag in the direction of travel
• No ABE and no registration required if installed correctly

Difference to Lock-it tank rings:
The Basic tank ring locks the tank bag purely mechanically, while Lock-it tank rings also work with magnets to support centering. Both systems cannot be combined with each other; The tank bag counterholder and tank ring must belong to the same system.
