CAN-AM DS 650 BAJA R [2000-2006] - Lithium battery

The Aliant Ultralight YLP14 lithium battery sets new standards in performance and reliability for ATV and UTV vehicles. This battery is based on safe lithium iron phosphate technology, which not only offers high performance at low temperatures, but also a long service life and excellent value for money. The YLP series has been specifically developed for applications with high starting performance requirements, such as those typically found in motorcycles, ATVs and quads.

Some outstanding features of this battery include its good behavior at high and low temperatures, withstanding tests at -18°C. It offers up to 3000 charge/discharge cycles and supports up to 12000 engine starts. Compared to traditional batteries, it is 50% lighter, making it much easier to handle and install. It can also be charged extremely quickly - a full charge can be achieved in under 40 minutes and a partial charge in under 2 minutes.

The self-discharge rate is extremely low at less than 0.05% per day (with the battery disconnected), making it ideal for seasonal or less frequently used vehicles. Their lifespan is 3 to 5 times longer than that of conventional batteries. Additionally, the YLP14 can be mounted in any mounting position, providing additional installation flexibility.
